THREE LIFE(R)STYLE CHANGES TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE


Replenish 
Don’t obsess over the minutia with HYDRATION. Whether two liters, a gallon a day, or more, figure out how to make hydration a habit, and just drink the water.
Two tips:
  1. Attach drinking water to a morning routine.
  1. Commit to a water bottle and never leave it empty.

Rejuvinate 
SLEEP/REST is inescapable. Design separate spaces (hardline, no cheating)... once in bed no online/screen time.
Don't rush rest (simple concept, elusive in practice)
